Terms of Use

Service Agreement:

By using Kupiclean Cleaning Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms govern the relationship between you, the customer, and Kupiclean Cleaning Services regarding the provision of cleaning services.

Service Scope:

Kupiclean Cleaning Services offers a range of services, including home cleaning, office cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. The specific details of the services to be provided, such as frequency, duration, and any additional instructions, will be agreed upon before each appointment.

Pricing and Payment:

The pricing for our cleaning services will be clearly communicated to you prior to booking. Payment for the services is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. Kupiclean Cleaning Services accepts various payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely.

Customer Responsibilities:

As the customer, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when scheduling Kupiclean Cleaning Services. You must ensure that our staff has access to the premises and communicate any specific instructions, security protocols, or concerns in advance.

Parking:

Clients are responsible for providing accessible parking for our cleaners, either on-site or nearby. If parking is restricted or unavailable, please inform us in advance. Any paid parking fees required to complete the service will be added to your invoice.

Soliciting our employees:

By using Kupiclean Cleaning Services, you agree not to solicit, hire, or engage any Kupiclean Cleaning Services employee for private or home-related services outside of our company. Any such solicitation will result in a $2,500 referral and training fee. All service feedback or concerns must be directed to Kupiclean Cleaning Services management. Please do not request personal contact information from our cleaners.

Damages & Liability:

While we take great care in our work, accidents may occur. If Kupiclean Cleaning Services is responsible for any damage, we will make reasonable efforts to repair, replace, or compensate for the item and will notify you promptly. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are not properly secured. Clients are responsible for securing valuable or sentimental items before service. All surfaces are assumed to be properly sealed and suitable for standard cleaning unless disclosed otherwise. Any concerns must be reported to Kupiclean Cleaning Services promptly.

Cancellation & Termination Policy:

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel, skip, or reschedule a cleaning. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee. If access to the property is not available at the time of service, the full cleaning fee will be charged.

To discontinue recurring services, we kindly request one week’s notice. All schedule changes or requests must be communicated directly with your Kupiclean Cleaning Services cleaning coordinator.
